Flor De Sal serves its guests with only the freshest ingredients, to create modern and heartwarming dishes influenced by the foods of Southern Europe. Our approach is to honour the traditional cooking methods and historical roots that make each dish authentic, while plating in a beautiful, contemporary style.
Our oyster bar offers an ever-changing selection of domestic and internationally sourced bivalves.
While we may think global at Flor De Sal, we also live local. We draw on the vast resources of local Ontario growers, producers and artisans. We provide our guests with the best ingredients Ontario has to offer, while augmenting our dishes with fine imported products for an out-of-this-world taste experience.
